All orders placed after 1:00pm, will be shipped the next business day. All orders placed after 1pm Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. UPS Next Day Air Shipping that is processed on Friday before 1:00pm will be delivered on Monday. UPS Next Day Air Shipping that is processed on Friday after 1:00pm will be delivered on Tuesday (NOTE: UPS does not run on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, and USPS does not run on Sunday or holidays).
When a Keychange has been purchased with the performance track, the order will usually be shipped within 36-48 hours via the shipping method you choose. A Rush Fee of $25.00 can be paid to process your order within 24 hours.
When an Edit has been purchased with a
performance track, the order will usually be shipped within 5 days.
A Rush Fee of $25.00 can be paid to process your order to ship
within 2-3 days.
Exchange Policy
Our goal at Omega Sound is to provide you with songs you want and are able to use. At times, defects may occur in recorded products. All CDs are guaranteed to be free from defects and damage for two weeks upon being received. No other returns are accepted, due to the ease of obtaining and using duplication equipment. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds for non-defective merchandise that has arrived at its destination.
If you would like credit for a defective CD, please call us to obtain authorization for your return. If a track is mailed to us without prior approval, it will not be accepted. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us. Upon determination of the defect, we will gladly fix the problem and return it to you free of charge.
Non-exchangeable
items include songs ordered at incorrect time length or key, background
vocal discrepancies, custom CDs, edits, and merchandise that has been
special-ordered from other companies. Each product on our site has a
sample demo track available for you to hear before making your
purchase. Please listen to the demo so you know what you are getting.
We will not give credit, and reserve the right to refuse service to a customer when a package is returned to us via UPS as "refused," "insufficient funds," or returned for credit with no defect.
